always_thanksHere’s something to be grateful for this Thanksgiving: practicing gratitude can be a boon to your health.

Repeatedly, scientific research has shown gratitude’s benefits to mental, social and physical health alike. It’s a stress buster and immune booster.

That’s reason enough to make gratitude an everyday thing – not just a one- or two-day-a-year thing. Sometimes it can seem hard to muster, especially in the face of stress, loss or other challenges. Yet practicing it regularly during normal times winds up making us more resilient when times are hard.
