Dr. Alexis Allen earned her dental degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and is known among her peers for her attention to detail, strong aesthetic sensibility, and thoughtful approach to restorative care. She embraces the principles of biological dentistry, recognizing the close relationship between oral health and overall well-being.

Her approach has been shaped by training and mentorship associated with leaders in biomimetic dentistry, including Pascal Magne, as well as advanced education through the BAARD Institute, the Nejad Institute, and ongoing coursework at the Alleman Center of Biomimetic Dentistry.

Dr. Allen’s clinical philosophy emphasizes precision, conservation, and long-term function. Patients appreciate her calm, methodical style and her focus on care that is both conservative and thoughtfully executed.

Dr. Allen is implant certified, a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), and a strong believer that education doesn’t stop at graduation. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually refines her skills through ongoing study of evolving technologies and techniques in restorative and biological dentistry.

Originally from Laguna Beach, Dr. Allen values a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and brings that same sense of ease into her practice. Having lived in St. Louis for several years now, she enjoys exploring the city’s cultural offerings, discovering new restaurants and hidden parks, attending Cardinals games, cooking Thai food with her husband, and walking their dog, Paddington.

Dr. Allen is thrilled to be part of the Rehme Dental Care team and looks forward to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
