Lydia Rykard

Dr. Lydia Rykard, a Florida native, chose dentistry because of her love of helping people improve their health and restore confidence in themselves. She earned a degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida before moving to Missouri to earn her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health.

Dr. Rykard is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their dental experience. She values building long-term relationships with patients and creating a positive dental experience through compassionate, patient-centered care. She is especially passionate about the connection between oral health and overall health and enjoys educating patients on the importance of maintaining a healthy smile.

Dr. Rykard is also an active member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), the American Dental Association, and the Missouri Dental Association.

Outside of the office, Dr. Rykard enjoys traveling, working out, walking her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and spending time with family and close friends.
