Meet the Newest Dentist on the Rehme Dental Care Team: Alexis Allen, DDS

by | Sep 18, 2024 | Biological Dentistry

The past few years have been exciting ones here in our office. We’ve enhanced our biological services with laser dentistry and biocompatible zirconia implants. We’ve welcomed a new dentist to our team, Dr. Michael Rehme, Jr., and our practice has continued to grow at a healthy clip, welcoming patients not just from St. Louis but the Lower Midwest, Upland South, and beyond!

So we’ve just welcomed another dentist to our team, Dr. Alexis Allen.

Dr. Allen earned her dental degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California and is known amongst her peers for her attention to detail, knack for aesthetics, and eye for design. Understanding the intrinsic connection between oral health and overall well-being, Dr. Allen embraces the principles of biological dentistry.

Dr. Allen’s approach ensures that treatments not only enhance dental health but also support the body’s natural balance. She utilizes biomimetic techniques to preserve natural tooth structure and function. This conservative, patient-centered method is less invasive than conventional ones and contributes to tooth longevity.

Dr. Allen is implant certified, a member of the IAOMT, and a strong believer that education doesn’t stop at the degree; it’s a life-long pursuit. Always learning and growing as a practitioner, she is a constant student of leading edge dental technologies and techniques.

Having grown up in Laguna Beach, Dr. Allen knows what it’s like to be in a relaxing atmosphere and tries to bring that same sense of calm into her practice. Because of her reputation for precision and integrity, patients know they are in good hands.

In her free time, Dr. Allen enjoys exploring the city’s diverse cultural spots, discovering new restaurants and hidden parks, attending Cardinals games, cooking Thai food with her husband, and walking their dog, Paddington.

Dr. Allen is thrilled to be a part of the Rehme Dental Care team and looks forward to helping you achieve a brighter smile!
